4、產(chǎn)品的技術要求

（1）彩鋼復合板均按程序文件規(guī)定批準的生產(chǎn)圖紙及相關技術文件進行制造。

（2）復合板粘結應牢固，粘結強度應大于芯板的抗拉強度。

（3）粘膠分布均勻。

（4）復合板面應平整，無明顯劃痕，磕碰傷痕等缺陷。

5、產(chǎn)品檢驗規(guī)則

（1）產(chǎn)品需經(jīng)（2）尺寸公差逐塊測量，不合格品應修正或剔除補足。

（3）粘結質(zhì)量檢驗，在生產(chǎn)條件相同情況下，每生產(chǎn)500板時從中任意切割一塊檢驗。

（4）用作承重彩色復合吊頂板，需作平整度檢驗抽樣數(shù)位百分之三，不合格產(chǎn)品剔除補足。

（5）型式檢驗應從經(jīng)出廠檢驗合格的產(chǎn)品中抽取，每次抽取三塊，當其中有一個項
